Submarine for drug smuggling in Colombia

Colombian navy seized a submarine built to smuggle cocaine into Mexico, authorities said.
Commander of the Pacific naval forces, Admiral Hernando Viljs Veles, said that it wasone of the largest hand-made submarines that ever found.

Fiberglass submarine, 31 meters long, was found in the jungle in Timbikiju, in southwestern Colombia, reported the BBC.

The submarine was able to sail nine meters below the surface, can carry four crew members and eight tons of cargo and is equipped with latest sophisticated equipment.According to Colombian government estimates, the value of the seized vessels of more than two million dollars.
